Emma’s love of hair, makeup, and fashion started at a very young age and has grown into successful high-end salon work and ownership of Twist Salon. She has brought both artistry and skill to the beauty industry, with over 22 years of experience. Her value of education and training began at Toni&Guy hairdressing academy, and continues with advanced education and perfecting a craft that is ever changing. Emma’s goal is to make people feel beautiful and confident, while providing a technical and specifically created service. If you are a first time client getting the latest fashion trend in color, or you have been a client for years and love the consistency of an excellent haircut, you are sure to leave with amazing results.

Alysha Dobash is a fully licensed Esthetician and is our newest addition to Twist Salon; primarily focusing on volume lash sets, classic lashes, hybrid lashes, lash fills, lash tenting, waxing services, brow tenting and brow shaping.

Candice has been at Twist Salon for more than 10 years, specializing in color (with a focus on bright fashion colors to corrective color), precision cuts, and extensions. She is constantly striving for perfection in everything she does, from her artistic work, to creating elaborate window displays for the salon. She has 3 busy kiddos that keep her laughing and busy with life’s activities.  

Jessica is a stylist that from an early age knew hairdressing/hair coloring was her passion. With an emphasis on being up to date on current trends, she is always striving to expand on her talents. She specializes in blonding techniques, whether the client is going for platinum or a dimensional blonde using balayage. Her goal is to provide every client an experience based on her attention to detail. When asked what the most fulfilling part of hairdressing is, she will say, "it's seeing the transformation and confidence in every client I see in my chair."

Abigail’s main goal is to create a safe space for every person that sits in her chair. She believes that communication is the most important part of a hairdresser’s job. She strives to help clients find a look that is low-maintenance and works with their natural hair color and texture. She loves incorporating geometric hair cutting with lots of texture and movement, and also specializes in lived-in balayage and foiliage. Her goal with color is to help individuals find what makes them feel more of their authentic self, while still being functional.

Wendy has worked with top artists in the field and educated through platform work and intimate classes ranging from 4 - 500 stylists.  Originally from the Midwest, she has clients in Michigan, Indiana, Colorado and now happy to call home in McMinnville. Wendy loves to create a place of comfort and appreciation for clients of all places and aspects of their life. Her passion is precision hair cutting (loves short hair) and natural hair coloring to help clients feel the best they can every day.

Cheyenne has had a passion for doing hair from very early on; she has always been confident this would be her career path. She focuses her passion on blonding services, such as highlighting, balayage/free hand painting, and natural dimensional hair. She works hard to ensure every client is satisfied and feels beautiful every time they sit in her chair. Cheyenne is committed to personalize each service and is excited to be the newest addition to Twist Salon.

Noel has been a hairstylist for 6 years. She specializes in creating cut and colors that compliment each client’s unique features, lifestyle, and hair type. Her goal is for you to walk out of the salon doors with a new level of confidence, while leaving you with the tools to recreate your desired style at home. Noel is mama to two boys, Judah and Gabriel. In her free time you’ll find her and her husband, Kevin, at Washington Square Mall, teaching Gabe and Judah the fine art of shopping. They are also big fans of movies, coffee, Williams and Sonoma and of course Target. Noel cannot wait to meet you and help you discover your perfect look!
